piggy...seems that the site is down.
I will try again tomorrow.
Piggy. I flew with them recently. You get an eticket and collect your boarding pass when you check in. I printed off the email but no one asked to look at it.
Question Author
thanx both of you
And just to reassure you I phoned my booking agent because I had the same worry.
I fly with them regularly, hope you get one with the new style seating.

As Ummmmm says, it's just a matter of printing off the e-ticket
Seems to be OK now:

Monarch co.uk.

Click ..On-line check in

Click Check -in Online

Email address and booking ref no.

Click..Find Booking.

that will give you your boarding pass which you can print out.

Present that at check-in if you have bags, but if you only have hand luggage then you can go directly to passport control.

But not if he only has an e-ticket. With an e-ticket you don't check in on-line.

monarch are taking the p, in order to print your boarding cards now, you have to pick and pay for a seat. and i thought ryanair were bad.
piggy...well this is something new with Monarch.
Once you have booked on-line (with or without a seat booked) you then have a reference number with which you can print off as my post above has described.
That didn't happen with us. Print the email....take it to the check in desk. Phone whoever you booked with.
piggy.....I have just checked......you do NOT have to have a prepaid seat before being allowed to print your boarding card.
Question Author
sqad, i´ll try again, but it seems pointless, because every time i tried to print, a pop up box would remind me to choose my seats.
piggy....ignore the pop up.....just carry on.
Question Author
phewwwwwwwwwwwww,
thanx for your patience, what a palaver. it was just a case of checking that box.
well at least i´ll know what to do in future.
Well played piggy.
Question Author
the boarding card saga continues, well thats what it looks like. because when i got home and tried to print it, i didnt get the expected b.card, just another confirmation.
piggy....if you read that "confirmation", you will find that it confirms your "boarding"....i.e that IS your boarding card.
Question Author
thanx sqad, i was expecting something similar to ryanairs b.pass.
;-)
Piggy...are you ignoring me and hc? It's an e-ticket, you take it to check in and they give you a boarding pass. I flew with them in May. I checked with my booking agent and I also checked at the airport.
