Well it is so small, that it is all "upmarket." Can't be more specific than that so i would suggest you try the estate agents,

tbh having lived almost my whole life in Lincolnshire, Grantham and Sleaford are both not particularly nice places. Sleaford does have a very good girls school. If you want affluence you will have to do rural - villages such as Caythorpe and the Raucebys are pleasant. Lincoln is quite nice too.

I'd agree with Sqad on Stamford. Gorgeous little town which is quite exclusive.

beg to differ barmaid, lived in sleaford nearly all my life , lovely place expanding very much, very good girls high school and boys carrs grammer school as well as st georges acadamy. but each to their own.

I would agree with Woodall Spa, Old fashioned type of place.

Woodhall Spa.....Dambuster monument. Some nice houses, but lacks good amenities. No good schools locally. Not bad.

My sister lives in Sleaford. It's certainly a nice enough place but I wouldn't necessarily think it's particularly affluent. Good pub/B&B by the station :c)

Hate to disagree, but Stamford is a hole! I'm going back over 40 years, but when I was in the RAF Stamford was the rail head for camp. Having previously been stationed near Bath I was appalled when I arrived at Stamford; absolutely no nightlife, decent pubs &c. There weren't even any decent shops; I had to wait till I was on leave to buy my clothes in Newcastle. I used to say that the only decent thing about Stamford was the A1 running through it.
