Yes, form E111 ensures holders get free or reduced fee emergency medical attention in the 25 member states of The European Union. If you do not have one you can be charged full price. I would reccomend you take travel insurance for complete peace of mind. You can get it at www.insureandgo.com for as little as �12 per week.  This will cover you for flight delays, cancelations, theft etc.
