According to Transport for London's journey planner: http://journeyplanner...p&calculateDistance=1
you need to take the 73 to University College Hospital, the 14 to Putney Heath and the 493 the rest of the way.
I`d get the Victoria line from Euston to Vauxhall, then get the South West Trains service to Wimbledon (the Shepperton line goes that way). Not sure whereabouts in Wimbledon you want to go (the tennis)?

if going to the tennis, the quickest way by bus from euston is to take a no.30 to marble arch, and then the special bus (ev 30mn) from there direct to the all-england club.

however since concessions are not valid on the special bus, that's probably no good to you.

Hi thanks - yes we are going to tennis at Wimbledon, haven't been to London for about 20years, not quite sure about underground, just though it might be easiest on a bus, not as many changes.....
you can expect the bus to be rather slower than the tube (about 90 minutes rather than 40)
Just to fill in a few details:
The bus from Marble Arch costs £8 return:

It's a 15 minute walk from Southfields station, or £2 each way on the bus:

To take the Underground to Southfields, from Euston, you need to take the Victoria Line to Victoria and then the District Line to Southfields. (The train destination will be Wimbledon; you might need to change at Earls Court but I doubt it).

Nothing to do with your travel arrangements but if it's your first time at Wimbledon you'll be surprised how small it is!!!! It looks so big on TV
