It says Banned. I thought banned users had all their posts removed. Yet he still has the last answer on TWR's thread below.

freds become a bit of a celeb on here in the last week with lots of chat about him, im sure he will have no intention of giving up now that he has become a "sensation"..

What's the Fred user ?
From the replies he gets banned quickly and set's up accounts on a regular basis.
I guess they all contain the name Fred in the username.
Is he an ex member who got barred under a different username ?

Just curious or are we not allowed to speak of the banned.
