There are two of us booked flying together with easyjet from UK and back (single booking for all four passenger flights, 2x2) and I am trying to amend the return date for both. It seems to me that one can only amend the date for one passenger at a time because when I tick for both only one comes up as amended. If I then tick the other alone that one comes up (second and separate operation) - I seem to be unable to get both to come up simultaneously. I have tried this without going as far as the confirm/payment stage. Obviously I would prefer to get both changed in one go rather than "risk" one passenger getting the changed date and not the other when all is said and done. If I am missing something then would anyone familiar with a successful "double change" in a single operation give me the way to do it, step by step please.

So you`ve got one booking reference then? I know nothing about Easyjet but I would have thought that whichever name you click will amend the booking. You can`t split a booking reference so both passengers would be amended. I`d just click on the lead name.

What you are suggesting is that one can only amend one passenger's return date at a time. This would mean that one would be commited to splitting up the party until and if the second/others are confirmed as changed also. This is then a rather primitive state of affairs if that is all that is possible - unless there is only one remaining seat available on the "new" flight date (which is not the case).

For the benefit of anyone faced with the same challenge, I add what I have now found out as to the actual position/procedure. If you confirm the change for one/first passenger in the party, you come to the next page which shows that the change is possible but still unconfirmed (even though you have previously clicked "Confirm" to get to this page). On this page there is a button to click for "More changes". This in effect takes you back and you can then change the second/other passenger and add (repeatedly) before/until you proceed to the payment page and truly commit yourself to the change(s). In addition to the change in air fare for each passenger, easyjet charge a £35 fee per change (£70 for two people plus 2x air fare difference).
