Depends which island you're going to. Only been there once (and desperate to go back ever since!) and we stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, and I honestly couldn't fault it. Ever since we went there it's been the yardstick by which we measure other hotels. On Oahu there's loads of stuff to see and do - we were there a week and only scratched the surface. Honolulu itself has a lot to offer - the maritime museum is superb, and it's just such a great place to wander round. Waimea park is well worth a visit, as is Pali Lookout, Diamond Head......We took a sunset cruise in a catamaran with limitless mai-tai.....heaven on Earth.........
