Have looked at mobile phones but which one priority a good camera not much worried about all the hi-tech stuff ...I am a technophobic so whatever I buy has to be simple to use.

I'd go for a nikon coolpix. Good clear photos.

Nokia's are pretty easy to use and some have the Karl Zeiss lens.
