I have sold an item but the guy didn't pay so a case is openned. In the mean time I have sold the item elsewhere. If I close the case will I be charged a final value fee? Should I let the case run it's course anyway?

ok thanks but how do you close the case, when I click "close case" it takes me to the same screen as when I openned a case. One of the choices is "cancel" but that seems to open aother case to cancel the transaction. I just want to end the whole thing as unsold and not get charged a final value fee.
