ive just reformatted my laptop.
i could lighten my screen with f7 an function button....

now i cant...?

fn button still works

any ideas why?

You need to put the laptop drivers on top of Windows.

Laptop drivers often add function that is specific to the laptop and not built into Windows.

If you have not got the dsrivers then go to the Support page for the laptop and download the drivers for your release of Windows.
