Scam update! Further help needed from the good people of AB

Right for those of you that read yesterday I was dumb enough to be scammed (I think). I have no idea how to do a link unless I would, maybe someone else will do that for me. Anyway I have done the Norton scan, another scan from somewhere different and all banking info etc is suspended. Do I need to completely delete everything else and start again or is that enough? I did try and do a system restore too but it wouldnt let me said there was an error.

no point in deleting anything really...theyve have got as much as they can get from the actual pc, assuming you are not still online
the prob now is limiting what they do with what they got

check my msg on the other thread too
They will have installed keyloggers to transmit your keystrokes to them. They then go through this and find your passwords etc. I would flatten the machine, reinstall your windows software then restore from your latest backup.

I doubt scanning will pick anythign up as you freely went to their website and allowed them acess to your PC. Crazy!
