Facebook Farmtown

Hello AB'ers,
This is just a general query and not related to Facebook problem on Friday.
Missus uses Farmtown daily,but it had a habit of freezing and it had to be closed and took ages to do so then restarted.Laptop was formatted and now when she clicks play it freezes at 99%. When she clicks on Cityville it just stops loading at 50%.
She has no problem with these on my pc.
Can anyone come up with a solution...please !!! apologies if this is in another thread but don't use AB daily.
Laptop is Vista and IE 7
