I am getting a "MSIE.tmp is trying to access" warning

My internet security software (Comodo) is telling me that "MSIE.tmp is trying to access various programmes/areas of my PC.

Is MSIE.tmp a virus?

If you google it then apart from prevx (that flags everything as problematical) and a few other sites that use your search details to lure you in to sell you some useless software, then no, doesn't seem to be an issue with MSIE.tmp
It's a temporary file so you can safely delete it anyway.
