What's the best deal around at the moment? I'm on Virgin, & it costs me £10-00/month for 300mins & 300 texts. However, I do have to supply my own phone.
Is there another company that can beat this price?

An O2 simplicity sim only 12 month contract for £10pcm will give you 300 mins and unlimited texts. For £15/pcm you can have 600 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited landline calls (so in essence you could use the 600 mins for mobiles) and have unlimited landline calls.

Thank you for your answer mobious, I'll get on to that in the new year.
I suppose it all depends how many calls or texts you make in a month.??
An ASDA pay-as-you-go Sim card for 49pence charges 8p per minute for calls and 4p per text message. That's either 125 minutes of call OR 250 text messages for £10.
If you never make that many calls or texts in the month then it will be cheaper.
