Mob Phone Problems

My Nokia Lumia 630 will do everything bar making a phone call. I just get a couple of beeps then it goes dead.
Any ideas?

Other people can phone, text, whatsap and email me.

It was working at 6-00, Dave.

Switch it off, take the SIM card out and rub it a bit, put the SIM card back in, switch it back on.
