Micrsoft Access

I have been given a database on a memory stick in Access, i have never used Access before and i cannot see how i open the database to add info to it? I can see the reports that have been created and saved but cannot open the main database? Please can someone help me!

Why not ask the person that gave you the database?

they may have setup forms for entering data and if the forms have been set to automatically enter anything (date, sequential number etc) entering data in any other way may stop the database functioning as it's meant to.

I would ask them but i cant get hold of them at the moment, also i wanted to try and play around with it a bit prior to speaking with them as i have no experience of Access at all (although i use other microsoft programmes daily).
