Video messaging...

I may sound simple asking this but here goes...

Can video messaging be done on an e600 Samsung mobile? I know how to picture message and i know how to make videos of my own, but i dont know if i can/how to send them. If anyone knows please, please, please tell me!

Also, people have sent me video messages which come up as a picture but i cant seem to find a way to view the video... Help me...
