My Emails are building up and I do not want to delete them.

What is a quick way of coping them all, and then transferring them to a disc?

Come on AOG...

You've posted enough questions to know the score by now, you'll need to give details of your email system, as in, do you use webmail, if so whos, or do you use a mail client such as outlook or outlook express?

Sorry Chuck, my mistake.

I use Outlook Express.
The microsoft article explains the details of how to do it properly......

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270670

But OE is pretty easy, you can just drag and drop any email or folder straight from OE into any other folder on the computer....... (just create a new folder on the desktop and you can drag the mail into it) then burn that folder onto CD.

That's great thanks, so easy when you know how.

Can I just ask you Chuck, when Emails have the same subject, how can one differentiate between them so one can move them into the same folder?

I have moved these separately onto the desk top and then renamed each one, is this the only way?
I store mine by creating a folder with the current month say "Sep2010" and then moving messages into that.
I save mine onto a flashdrive, far easier!!
