Saving / backup of Outlook Express emails

Hi, I can not find relevant info on storing emails from Outlook Express and being able to restore them again. I want to wipe my computer and reload but want to have the emails back in Outlook Express as they are now. It seems easier doing this function by the main Outlook program but is there a good way of doing this using Express? Look forward to your replies!
