Speeding up a vid clip

How can I make a vid clip run 4 x times the speed and save it to that setting? I want to dub the Benny Hill theme over it and then save to the hard drive or DVD. Any settings in Widow Movie Maker etc that would allow me to do this? Thk you

Click Tools > video effects > speed up

If I recall correct you can only double the speed, so you'll need to do it twice.
