hi, i downloaded a couple of applications then found they are no good so i un-installed them but they have not deleted.

how can i delete them so they are no longer on my phone

I have a USB flash drive which is full. It says it has a 489.7MB capacity and I need larger. As they are sold in GB, which GB capacity do I need? Thanks.

How can I remove contact from phone ?
