HD TV Problem

Why does the picture go fuzzy sometimes whilst watching HD? it`s like the pixels go foggy but only for a few moments then back to HD.

I would guess it's like interference on normal sets. Our freeview often breaks up into squares when there is interference. On the analogue set, we just used to get a few speckles.

I thought HD would give 100% but apparently not, ah well, nothings perfect. Anyone know differently?
If the signal is interrupted, so is your picture.
