It depends what e-mail handling system you are using, but with some, yes

in outlook express, click on the forward button on
the top and then enter the e-mail address that you
want to send it to.

That wouldn't be automatically forwarding it though. Have you tried putting a message rule on to forward your emails?

Depending what you are using - some accounts as square bear says you can set a rule. You can download software to set up others, such as Oultook. Sorry I can't recommend any tho as I've never used any.

I'd look to see if you have a server side way off auto forwarding the mails rather than using the client.

But as you have given 0 details about your particular email setup it's not possible to advise if it's possible for you or how to do it.
