Lasagne sheets

Hi, i bought some lasagne sheets but didnt reaslise your meant to cook them before use, unlike the others i buy, would it make any difference if i didnt cook them before i used them, or is there a particular reason for having to cook these ones, they are fresh soft ones not the dried sort you normally buy in a box. Thanks.

I use the fresh ones without precooking them. just layer them.( sorry I am doing 2 things at once)

thanks for that, it says it on the pack, but i wont bother then. xx
I freeze any that are over and later use them straight from the freezer without pre-cooking.
If you precook them, then you don't have to make the lasagne so sloppy...I don't pre cook, either the fresh or dried ones, just add extra liquid to the dish
I never cook lasagne sheets, I always soak them in a large container of water for at least an hour. My lasagne always turn out perfect.
forget to mention it's the dry sheets I'm referring to.
