Every time I shut down my laptop,the end program box appears asking me to end program ccApp.I have absolutely no idea what this program is or how to stop the error .Any help would be most appreciated.

I get that too.

The program in Norton antivirus.  The end program window is not an error message and the software is working properly.  Just doesn't close itself down properly

If anyone knows the cure i'd also like to know
