Linking computer to television?

I have a flat-screen tv which I don't use much, and I would like to link it up to my computer and get rid of the bulky computer monitor I currently use (the monitor has a huge back).

Does anyone know if this can be done, please?

look in the instruction book if its got a "pc connection" at the rear (normally) then yes it will
you'll have to but the connection lead though
