ctrl alt delete takes me to the start up screen!
5lb sledge hammer normally does the trick
Question Author
the mood i am in Elvis that would be most appropriate!!!
click on end the process
Question Author
you mean after ctrl alt del? II'll try that then!
Question Author
it doesn't have 'end the process' where do i find that?
If you press ctrl, alt, del it should come up with options. Click task manager....end task.
Ending the process won't log you out, it will just close your browser.

if the log out won't work first try holding down CTRL and press F5 then try the log out again.

If that doesn't work then clearing your private data will log you out but this will also lose all saved logins for all sites.
Chuck....I pressed Ctrl F5 and cleared the cache......lots of lost precious info. How can it be reversed?
CTRL F5 does not clear the whole cache, just the page that you are viewing when you press it.

try deleting internet cookies.
Question Author
hello honky tonk how are you? I can't remeber how to do that, plus it may lose some stuff of my daughters. I'll just have to shut the laptop down and leave me signed in, I am on the guest profile anyway, and so when she goes on ab she uses her own profile on her laptop.
clearing cookies will log you out, but as I mentioned above that will also clear all saved logins for all sites you have on that computer.
Question Author
