screen shake on toshiba tv

i have a toshiba 36 inch flat screen 100 hz tv .when it is first turned on the screen shakes for about ten minutes then it is fine. any one help ?

I take it that it is the Picture that is shaking and not the Screen itself ?? 1
Go into Menu and look to see if you can switch 'on' or 'off' the 100 Hz Facility or switch facility to 'Auto' and see if there is any difference.
Is TV still under Guarantee ??

hi thanks for your answer i have switched off 100 hz facility i will see how that goes, the warranty is out now
