Help needed.

Hi all, I'm desperately trying to find the artists name or painting title of this painting.

My late grandfather had a copy of this painting but unfortunately it was not looked after properly by my brother and got thrown away.
Whilst watching the street on BBC1 I saw a copy of the painting in the scene so took a photo on my phone, sorry its not a great photo.
I really hope someone can help me find out the name of this painting.

Did you take the picture in a restaurant? If it's one near me I'll pop along and take a look, I am quite knowledgeable about paintings.

It looks a bit like the style of john constable

I can't really see much for that lamp. Reminds me of the picture in the labour suite when i was having my daughter, except this one had sheep. Soz not much help.
