How to get rid of Yahoo toolbar in IE 8

Any advice welcomed.Using Vista Home edition. I have removed it from the programs file but it will not go away.

Did these already. B thing is still present.

right mouse click on a grey area of tool bar and untick it?

thats the way I do it, however it doesnt un-install it just hides it
