Oh, so now it's changed from Photoshop to Photo Snap has it?

Again, Photo Snap is a commercial product. Any (unrestricted) free download will have to come from an illegal source, with all of the problems mentioned in my previous post. However you can download a free 45 day trial version here:

What are you actually seeking? If you want advanced image manipulation facilities, go for GIMP (as in my previous post). If you want the best image viewing program available (with loads of image manipulation facilities built into it) use Irfanview (which is completely free):
