My PC keeps restarting and the problem has been identified as the WiFi adapter (Intel 2200BG) and recommends an update. On Intel it says the product has been discontinued in favour of better versions. Help! Can I download and replace this system programme with a different version or will this mess things up completely? Many thanks BB

The fact the product is discontinued doesn't prevent you from upgrading the driver.
You can download it from here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter .aspx?ProductID=1637
