Runtime error

what does this mean.
I get this message from microsoft-as a small window -occasionally. It states that the program has to close,which it does. But Windows Live Messenger and skype are not affected.

It has so far only happened when I am on AB

Thanks snags....I have CCleaner,which I think has an option for a registry cleanup...will check that
