when my driving ban is up and i get my license back wot happens next do i have 12 points still?

The licence will show the ban but not the 12 points. Five years and the ban goes

any points that cause a ban become 0 effectively.

Oh and you will have to apply for the licence to be returned it doesn't happen automatically.
