I'm considering using the Aux input from my old car radio as an amp for the line-out of my computer. I will need a 12v power supply for it but have been unable to find out what power rating I would need.

The radio is a Blaupunkt Alicante CD31 rated at about 4x25w.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers

10amp will be enough. bit also make sure its a smoothed and regulated power supply otherwise it will hum.

I'm probably going to use an old computer PSU so that should be suitably smoothed and regulated.
