Yes, using lots of programs. I like dbpoweramp but there are plenty of different ones available. Try a search for "audio convertor" on do wnload.com, but lots of them will be restriced free trials.

You'll need to download dbPowerAmp music convertor (not cd writer) and the Windows Media Audio codecs from here so it can handle wma files.
