I received an email from a colleague, which had obviously been sent to him & a dozen other people, containing 21 hilarious pics. I forwarded the email to several of my contacts but no one received the pics did I do something wrong?

Hi Ron.

Make sure that the email you send is in HTML format. (Go to 'Format' and check that 'Rich text' is selected).

Also go to Tools > Options > Send > HTML settings. Make sure that there's a tick alongside 'Send pictures with messages'.

I am using hotmail for emails. I cannot see any options( format or rich text) also when I open my emails, no choice to go to Tools,Options etc, totaly lost.Ron.
Aaagh!

I was assuming that you were using Outlook Express. I'm not sure whether it's possible to forward mail with attachments using Hotmail's web-based system. Your only solution might be to use Windows Live Mail. That's a program similar to Outlook Express, but which allows you to send and receive through Hotmail accounts. (Windows Live Mail is not the same as Windows Mail, which has replaced Outlook Express under Vista. Windows Live Mail will work with both XP and Vista).
