Just ordered a blu ray player,i have a 1377x768 resolution LG LCD tv which is only a year old.I know this resolution isnt full HD but will i still see a difference when playing blu ray disks?

I have a PS3 with Blu ray running on 720p, not the full 1080p and it looks absolutely stunning for some films. Other films don't look quite so good, but as Dot says, the sound is brilliant as well

Notable ones to watch are Planet Earth - I can't do it justice in words. Kung Fu Panda and Wall E both look stunning as well.

Thanks for your help but i have found someone to buy my tv and i have ordered a new 1080p one so no worries anymore!!
cant wait.
we have just bought Transformers and Hellboy 2 and they look great our's is a PS3 too, really easy to use, well if i can sort it lol
