I used to get unlimited texts from o2 when I joined years ago, then about 4 years ago they wrote to me to tell me that the unlimited texts were being reduced to 500 a month. When my husband went into Carphone Warehouse recently they told him o2 were not allowed to have done that and it was actually illegal. Do I have any grounds for getting my unlimited texts back? Thanks
