i keep gettin timeout or page not loading on this site, am usin firefox can anyone advise me on correct settings or the likes?

i have problems posting replies too. I spoke to sky this afternoon who wer v helpful helped me with internet options and deleted history and cookys and so forth. Thank yu for replying
