Internet Explorer...arrgghhh!!

It keeps shutting down randomly, I "lose" my cursar...ie-it actually disappears from the page I am on......and everything is incredibly slow......this site.hotmail....and browsing.

any ideas???

I would try a windows update, this may resolve your IE nightmares, let me know.

If you`re on xp, click start- control panel. Windows update on left hand side.

..oh btw IE isnt the only browser you can use for windows, there are alternatives. I currently use googles browser.
Some people use Firefox..blah blah..

Doomey...I installed avail updates last night..no change. But this morning had message to install new 'windows service pack'......seems to have done the trick.....fingers crossed. Thankyou
