What is "Resmake"? An icon looking somewhat like that of MS-DOS recently appeared in C\Windows\Start Menu unannounced, with Properties listed as 967 bytes (4096 used), Shortcut to MS-DOS program. Taking a chance, I activated this shortcut, which produced a meaningless screen (and hopefully nothing else!?!) A Google search produced a single response, seemingly something to do with advanced maths (not my scene), but not anything which I could associate with my activities! Please can anyone advise (i) whether there are any risks to this unwanted visitor, (ii) what does it do, and (iii) any reason why I should not delete it? Concurrent with the arrival of Resmake, I have had problems with running my CD player/re-writer, but this may just be coincidence. Explanations welcomed!
