I have a virus or ad-ware in my computer and none of my antivirus or anti ad-ware seen to be able to find it. I know i have this on here because whenever I log on to the net(through Broadband) My home page is gone and in its place is About Blank. I use Zone Alarm Norton Anti Virus Spyware Doctor and AVG Anti-Virus 7.0 the last 2 I got because of this "about Blank" thing. Also When I try to change the home page address in Tools, Internet Options It will always change back to the "About Blank" (And I do remember to press apply LOL) And it wont let me go to my Hotmail and other sites like ones for guitars. Please help me its strating to really bug me now. Cheers Bobby

Hi scatman I see the page and at the bottom I see the about blank thing but when I click on it the page just keeps reloading?? Any Ideas? Cheers Bobby
I had the same problem. McAfee removed the cookie, trojen or whatever hyjacked my home page bar, but it doesn't repair your registery (where the hack still resides). DL this software and run it, it will fix up your registry. http://www.safer-networking.org/en/spybotsd/index.html I keep it and use it with McAfee. McAfee for viruses and Spybot for repairs. You could also try 'startpage guard'. It won't remove the software that is changing your start page but will prevent it being changed ever again. And it's free. Get it here:

That page actually has the solution on it, it keeps reloading when you click that link because it is the same pag. You're not seeing the entire solution for some reason... Try: http://computercops.biz/postp217898.html - Same solution, different site.
