computer programme help needed urgently please?

Hi, i have a laptop and its running on vista. My problem is, when im on any websites and you go down to the 'contact us' link i get a error message up that says somethings missing and it wont allow me to do it. its something to do with YMAPP?

what can i do about it to fix it?

p.s iv already tried downloading the said missing thing from the net but it wouldnt work.

Try using Yahoo Messenger V8.1 instead - Vista Messenger is still (I think) a pre-beta version.
