Saving Text-Messages

I have a Nokia N82 and i like to know how many texts i send in the month, but the thing is the sent box only saves the last 20 messages, but the in-box saves all that i receive, is there a setting that i can change to save more than the last 20 sent. Thanks for all help
ps I might add the phone has a 2GB memory card installed on it as well.

i think you can open each message and save it to a seperate folder on your card. Time consuming though.

there is often a usage option on the menus. I dont have my nokia anymore so cant remember how you get to it, but it certainly shows minutes used so may well show texts.

Thanks redcrx, that option is the log but it lists everything calls in/out and texts in/out, in the inbox if you highlight one message it tells you how many you have, the same in the sent box but only upto 20
