I want to set up a pixel advertising site for a nonprofit organisation... is there any freeware available? I've seen free scripts about, but I've heard that if you have a program it can help you with pricing. Thanks!

Do you mean as in sponsors buy a pixel from you which links people to their website?

If so, I wouldn't bother. It's already been done and is passe now.
