When you ask your current provider for a MAC code is it a request to terminate with them or do you have to request it separately?

What happens in between the changing of your supplier so no usage of the internet is lost?

Can you terminate at a day in the month so your monthly fee is minimised?

When your new supplier uses the MAC code your current supplier gives you, that is when your supply is terminated.
a Mac code is to switch broadband providers without any down time on your internet connection, it a Migration Access Code and its 17 / 18 digit alphanumeric code
