What do you do if you receive an important e-mail attachment (confirmation of on-line ferry booking) and OE6 states that it has "removed access to the following unsafe attachments"? Any help appreciated. Top Cat

go to tools, internet options, security, custom level, downloads and select the enable radio button
sorry that was internet explorer, ignore. go to OE, tools, options, security and untick the box that says do not allow attachments to be saved or opened It might be that
This is highly untechnical, it's just the way I deal with it when it happens. Open the incoming email and click 'Forward' OR 'Reply'. The attachment will then appear in the 'Attach' box at the top of the email. You can double click it to open from this location. Don't know how this works but it does.

Many thanks. Both solutions worked fine.
