avg 7.5 or avg 8

I have AVG 7.5 installed and have recently kept getting info telling me to install AVG 8. Is this a better programme and should i install it ? if so do i just download it and does it over write the 7.5 or should i uninstall the 7.5 then download the 8 ? Thanks in advance.

Hi Rhp1 mine seems ok at the moment have a look in computers I have managed to up date to 8.0 but on the second attempt ! download from there server to get it though It includes anti spyware that updates automatic that is a bonus plus others not sure of at the moment HTH Tez

Thanks tez will give it a go , but do i uninstall 7.5 before installing 8

I had to give it a couple of goes but when I went through there sever it removed and installed both, I then only had to remove AVG antispyware from PC then update Zone Alarm and Win Patrol to accept new progs HTH Tez
