when i try to use Norton GHOST 10.0 i get this error message every time.

-Cannot connect to the agent on ****
--QueryInterface for interface VProAuto.IProtectorAuto failed.

what can i do it wont reinstall because i get an error saying the computer cant install the installshield scripting service
this is odd
can you help me
i would appreciate it
